Introduction
As an administrator, you will be responsible for helping the smooth running of the business by ensuring filing and documentation is kept up to date. Duties may include using specialist computer software and understanding the requirements of the business you are working in. You could also be required to be customer-facing - via email, phone, or greeting visitors.
Job description
- Ensure stores within your area sends info which is populated into detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual basis pertaining to revenues and expenses.
- Ensure Head Office Marketing directive hardware is delivered to the stores within your area.
- Ensure store budgets set are maintained and within targets and communicated to Area and Operations Managers.
- Raising requisitions and POs for approval.
- Track and Trace customer complaints raised at Head Office within your area.
- Submits weekly customer service reports to Operations Manager and outcomes.
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information in paper and digital form.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- Greeting visitors at reception.
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and booking rooms.
- Arranging travel and accommodation.
- Arranging post and deliveries.
- Taking minutes at meetings.
- Typing up letters and reports.
- Updating computer records using a database.
- Printing and photocopying.
- Ordering office supplies.
- Maintaining office systems.
- Correlation of HR/Payroll documentation from stores within your Area.
Minimum requirements
- Strong MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel skills.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently.

Job Requirements
- A matric certificate.
- Diploma/Degree in Administration qualifications an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years previous experience in an Administrator role.
