Keeps a safe and hygienic environment
Demonstrates personal leadership
Demonstrates self-discipline with regards to attendance, dress code, hygiene and time keeping
Attends/is informed of the game plan/team meeting to know the day’s focus

Minimises shrinkage by adhering to all corporate store processes

Operations Assistant – Retail Store
An Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operational efficiency of a retail store. They help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment, ensuring the store is always ready for customers and compliant with company standards. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Floor Readiness: Removing unused equipment and ensuring the shop floor is clear, organized, and prepared for trade.
Stock Handling: Receiving, checking, and dispatching stock in line with company policies and procedures to maintain accurate inventory and smooth replenishment.
Health & Safety Compliance: Contributing to a safe and hygienic environment by adhering to cleaning protocols and conducting regular checks of high-risk areas such as fitting rooms and staff lockers.
Contractor Liaison: Coordinating with external service providers, such as refrigeration engineers, to ensure maintenance and service standards are upheld.
