                                            Introduction
                MAIN PURPOSE
To manage the administrative function in stores in Finance and HR thereby ensuring correct processes to minimise risk and increase profitability

KEY OUTCOMES 
• Manage payroll to optimize productivity and control wage cost
• Manage general HR administration to ensure data integrity and accurate record retention
• Manage cash activities to ensure controlled cash handling environment
• Manage Financial (expense) and general administration for reconciliation and retention purposes
• Ensure maintenance of all Systems, Methods and Procedures (SMP’s)
• Review the actioning of key financial controls and a dmin processes in commercial areas to prevent losses
• Continuously improveto efficiency of systems/ procedures/ controls across all store areas to affect profitability
• Commercial management function during peak periods, late trading and weekends

Minimum requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Entry Requirement: Grade 11 or NQF3 completed, and Grade 12 will be advantageous
- Retail and or Business Management Diploma would be advantages
- 2-5 years role experience as a Store Admin Department Manager in Retail
- Retail experience highly advantageous
- Team Management would be advantageous
- Leadership and Management experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work shifts that meet operational requirements
