Position summary
Introduction
Job description
· Partner with skakeholder to identify knowledge gaps and provide input into training curriculum.
· Design and develop training material for traditional and digital platforms.
· Work with key functional experts in the development and enhancement of training material.
· Ensure availability and accessibility of all learning material to all trainees/learners.
· Identify refresher training requirements during user engagement.
· Facilitate training sessions with new and existing employees.
· Implement assessment process to measure competence of talent and effectiveness of training interventions.
· Work with the team to evaluate training programmes, and implement business improvement feedback on an ongoing basis.
· Compile data and reports for management purposes.
· Remain up to date on developments in workplace learning and the retail industry.
Minimum requirements
· Relevant business degree and/or diploma required (Essential)
· Training qualification (Advantageous)
· 3 - 5 years’ L&D experience in a retail environment (Essential)
· Experience in full suite of L&D delivery – training needs analysis, content development (traditional and digital), facilitation, monitoring and evaluation & administration (Essential)
