• Stay informed about what’s in stock, what’s new and what’s on promotion.
• Explain the features and benefits of products clearly and simply.
Keeps the counter looking full and fresh
• Make sure displays are always appealing and well stocked.
• Remove any waste quickly and follow all stock rotation practices.
Follows hygiene, safety and shop-keeping standards
• Follow all hygiene, food safety and cleaning procedures.
• Complete regular checks like temperature logs and equipment tests.
• Keep pricing accurate and up to date.
Helps prevent shrinkage
• Report anything suspicious and follow loss prevention guidelines.
• Handle stock carefully and stick to correct processes.
