• Greet every customer with a smile and a welcoming attitude.

• Be friendly, attentive and ready to help at all times.

• Create positive and memorable moments for customers at the counter.

 

Engages customers and inspires purchases

• Ask questions to understand what the customer is looking for.

• Suggest great options, recommend something new or popular.

• Talk about the products with energy and passion to help customers choose.

• Spot opportunities to upsell or cross-sell in a natural, helpful way.

Supports seamless shopping across all channels

• Let customers know about online ordering, promotions or loyalty tools.

• Help them make use of store services that make shopping easier.

Knows the products and shares with confidence

• Stay informed about what’s in stock, what’s new and what’s on promotion.

• Explain the features and benefits of products clearly and simply.

 

Keeps the counter looking full and fresh

 • Make sure displays are always appealing and well stocked.

• Remove any waste quickly and follow all stock rotation practices.

 

Follows hygiene, safety and shop-keeping standards

• Follow all hygiene, food safety and cleaning procedures.

• Complete regular checks like temperature logs and equipment tests.

• Keep pricing accurate and up to date.

 

Helps prevent shrinkage

 • Report anything suspicious and follow loss prevention guidelines.

• Handle stock carefully and stick to correct processes.

Leads by example

• Show reliability in attendance, timekeeping, hygiene and uniform.

• Stay up to date by attending daily team briefings.

• Bring energy, care and focus to every shift.
