· Drive sales and stock management to maximize business profitability
· Ensure exceptional customer service at all touch points
· Manage shrinkage and implement key in-store processes
· Analyse reports and trends and implement action plans
· Manage equipment and the end-to-end stock movement processes in the store
· Effective and timeous implementation of launches and promotions within guidelines and budget
· Adhere to store processes
· Lead, develop and retain staff

Minimum requirements
· Numeracy and Literacy Skills
· IPM score of 3 or 4
· Leadership experience would be advantageous
· Valid Matric Certificate or NQF level 3 equivalent
· Must be part of career aspirations
· Motivation letter from Store Manager with input from direct line manager

· 3 years’ experience within the FOODS Environment is a NON NEGOTIABLE (LEADERSHIP ROLE)
· Strong/Sound merchant skills
· Applicants in Leadership Roles will be given preference
