Introduction
To provide a high-quality barbering service in the Head Office Hair Salon.
Job description
· Perform general Gents cutting, shampooing and styling
· Beard grooming and shaving services
· Skincare practice, ie. scalp and neck care threading / waxing services
· Provide general assistance in the Hair Salon i.e. cleaning
· Assist with ad-hoc administration
Minimum requirements
Technical Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
- Practical institution experience
- Barbering Certificate advantageous
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience
- Product liability insurance
- Proven extensive Hair Salon experience with the most modern techniques
- Skilled in blow-drying of all types of hair
- Skilled in all Male cutting techniques
- Knowledge of hair salon products
- Basic Computer Literacy skills
