Introduction
To facilitate the Beauty skills plan and drive business initiatives for Beauty. Build functional and technical competence which enhances customer service, drive product knowledge and selling skills to deliver against operational requirements and business strategic objectives. Support the business by driving in store eventing and create theatre and animation through live demonstrations and consumer engagement.
Job description
· To enhance our customer service & operational effectiveness by building functional and technical competence for Beauty in stores through the delivery of the skills plan and business initiatives.
- Deliver Training and assess effectiveness of Training against the Beauty Skills plan.
- Ensure consistency of Beauty Training across stores and Divisions.
- Support delivery and implementation of Training for new Business initiatives in Beauty
- Host Virtual and Classroom Learning interventions guided by the Beauty Academy Curriculum
- Coach and assess the competence of learners through the use of effective assessment and competency evaluation methodologies and criteria
- Provide feedback and make recommendation to store management of individuals assessed and found to be not yet competent
- Support continuous improvement through regular feedback to the Beauty Academy Manager
- Feedback on the effectiveness/appropriateness of the training material content, delivery methodology and assessment guidelines
- Energise & motivate learners when delivering training
- Informed on current and new initiatives, company policies and procedures
- Deliver coaching and mentor teams to be more effective
- Drive and support in store eventing with store teams
- Work the Beauty Team to drive sales and key strategic focuses
- Host events in stores and offsite
- Collaborate with 3rd Party Brands to support Brand Events
- Facilitate and support Training Initiatives
- Work with Brands to ensure that Beauty Staff are also up to date and informed on new Product Launches and Brand Strategies
